Personalized Items:
Personalized orders can take up to 10 business days for processing before they are shipped. If you need to rush your personalized order please call us at (626) 888-9332 for prices on express shipping to your area.
*NOTE: We are unable to ship replacements for any screen printed items such as personalized glassware or water bottles that arrive damaged or broken. In the event that some of the screen printed products you purchase do arrive broken/damaged we will refund your card for the number of pieces affected after you provide us with photo proof via email. Therefore, we recommend our customers to order a few extra pieces of personalized items on top of the minimum quantity required to support their event.
Order Cancellation Policy
Any orders that are not yet processed can be cancelled.If you must cancel your order please contact us by telephone and via e-mail immediately. (626) 888-9332. Telephoning or e-mailing us will help insure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments. If an order is already boxed for shipment or already left our facility, we cannot cancel the order. We will provide a confirmation via e-mail when your order has been cancelled. After hours instructions can be left on our voicemail and we will then email or call you back to confirm your cancellation. Any engraved or personalized item cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been engraved or shipped.
Any orders that are refused delivery by customer without prior written notification to us will be subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee. All cancelled orders must have written email confirmation from us that the order has been cancelled.
Broken/Damaged/Defective Items:
If the items in your order comes damaged or broken we can replace the broken pieces or issue a refund on the broken pieces after they are sent back to us.
We require either photo evidence of damage or for damaged pieces to be returned.
This is required to support our claim with UPS and/or the manufacturer in the case damaged and/or defective items are reported. We reserves the right to refund rather than replace items, this is especially the case when shipping discounts and/or promo codes are taken.
When placing the order, we recommend ordering a few extra pieces if an exact count of items is necessary to support an event. Additionally, breakage/damage/defects on items shipped outside the US are refunded rather than replaced.

Typographical Errors
Although typographical errors are uncommon, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. If you have questions about a price that seems incorrect please inform us so we can investigate and have the problem amended.
